Our scanning suite has the capacity to convert large backlogs of paper, as well as being able to provide a rapid response to smaller volumes. We can convert paper documents of all quality and colours, including photographs and drawings of all ages and sizes. Our large format scanner enables us to scan paper up to size A0.
Our comprehensive range of solutions means that converted information can be formatted to standard directories or integrated in to searchable software that will allow you to access the documentation directly from your workstation, across networks or via our secure web portal.
Our experience in the field means that we are able to create controlled access environments for your documentation, enabling documents to be policed and viewed in accordance with many important guidelines. This is particularly important for organisations such as the NHS who have to conform to the Caldicott principles. All scanned documentation can be provided in a range of formats, including TIFF, JPEG and PDF and placed on the best media for your organisation. Our media options include CD, DVD and even portable hard drive.
