Data Entry
We recognise that your document management needs may not always require digital images, just the information your
documentation holds. Often data is of an inconsistent quality or varies too much in nature to succesfully undertake
automated capture. In these cases we undertake manual data entry. We can data enter your documentation into a range
of formats to suit your needs, these include both Microsoft Word and Excel documents, as well as integration with
SharePoint.
In order to ensure accuracy your information is entered twice (double pass entry) by seperate operators, with the
two data sets then compared for inaccuracies. This process ensures that when the information reaches you it is
accurate and represented in the best manner.
We also offer a service to capture the information in your documentation where suitable. For more information on this
